A Laboratory experiment was conducted to determine the seed born mycoflora of Green gram (Vigna radiata), Black gram (Vigna munga), Chick pea (Cicer arietinum) and Pigean pea (Cajanus cajan) seed samples were collected from different parts of Marathwada region in India.  Seeds mycoflora were determined by blotter method and agar plate method. Total 21 fungi were recorded on both the medium.Their frequency in samples and incidence percentage in seeds was recorded. 13 fungal species were recorded on blotter media and agar plate method. It was also clear that, the seed borne fungi like Absidia spp. and Curvalaria pallescens showed their presence only on the seeds of Green gram variety and  Gram variety. Cladsporium herbarum  only on the seeds of Black gram variety, Drechslera maydis only on the seeds of black gram and gram variety and Alternaria triticina  on the seeds of Tur variety.
